Fio Edit terms and privacy

Use images you own or have permission to change. Upload garments without people, body parts or personal information. Do not request illegal, harmful, sexual or deceptive content, impersonation, or violations of anyone’s rights. The Black Forest Labs usage policy also applies. Review AI results before using them.

Fio processes your image and instruction to provide this edit, removes embedded metadata from uploads, and keeps accounting and recovery records without your image or written instruction. Replicate screens uploads; its API documentation describes automatic removal of inputs, outputs and logs after an hour. Black Forest Labs creates the result and may retain or use inputs and outputs for training or service improvement; the download window is not a promise of erasure. Fio’s hosting provider receives the network information needed to answer the request. Images remain in your browser for this visit; no account or saved library is created.
